Lisa set up Always Lettings & Management Ltd in July 2018, after 20 years working for a local independent agency around the Bristol area. Lisa has always been about the face to face, personal approach, she believes in building a rapport with her clients in order to create a good longstanding working relationship.

Melissa Manfield

Director

Melissa has worked in the Lettings Industry for ten years. As the daughter of Lisa it was not long before she came on board to help run the fast growing company. Melissa likes to keep the office organised and up to date with the best software packages. Most things can be solved with a spreadsheet or two.

Shanice joined Always Lettings in March 2021 as Maternity cover for Melissa, that swiftly turned in to a permanent role before Maternity leave even started. Shanice has previous experience working in the Bristol rental market before she joined the family / company.

Jules Joined Always Lettings in August 2021. Having worked in the Lettings Industry for sixteen years dealing with maintenance and property management, she is potentially the longest standing maintenance working in the country!
